Feed the family with these crunchy Christmas cookies. This "almost" homemade dessert is so good, no one will ever know you had a little help.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
3. In a medium bowl, mix 1 egg, 1 TSP vanilla and 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
4. Add dry ingredients from package, and mix until well combined.
5. Scoop dough into 1 TBSP, and roll into small balls, and place each one ~ 2" apart.
6. Bake for ~10-12 minutes, allow to rest for 10 minutes, cool and enjoy.
Ingredients: flour, white chocolate chips, candy cane, white sugar, coloured chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
