Shipping and Delivery

We can ship anywhere within Canada and United States. 

How are shipping rates determined? 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of 10-20$ for any orders, and we offer free shipping on orders over $185.00 in Canada.

We offer pre-calculated shipping options with Canada Post to the United States via Canada Post Tracked Air. These do NOT include prepaid duty or tax. 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once processed you will receive a notification of your tracking number. All shipments vary in time depending on location, and can not be guaranteed. 

Shipping Times:

• Vancouver and lower mainland: 1-3 business days (not including processing time)

• Vancouver Island, or rest of B.C: 3-5 business days (not including processing time)
• Outside B.C: 5-7 business days (not including processing time)
• United States: 7-10 business days (not including processing time)

Local delivery

We offer free delivery anywhere within Whistler, Squamish or Pemberton on orders over $30.00. Please ensure you list a local address in the Sea to Sky Corridor, if you are selecting "delivery". In order to ensure free delivery, make sure to put in your local postal code to ensure our system detects your address as local.

• Whistler Delivery Dates: Typically, delivery within 1-3 business days. 
• Pemberton Delivery Dates: Typically, once a week on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays. During winter months, it may be once every 2 weeks. 
• Squamish Delivery Dates: Typically, once a week on Saturdays. In winter months, it may be once every 2 weeks.
